The prices shown are guide prices for the quantities stated, including one colour print (personalisation) in one position. All prices are exclusive of VAT. NB - Most clothing and leisurewear prices are for one colour print garments only. Please contact Customer Service for embroidery costs and options. Prices are correct at time of press, however, prices are subject to change in line with market fluctuations without notice. All products featured are correct at time of going to press. However, no responsibility can be accepted for any product that may be altered or withdrawn by the manufacturer. E and O.E. Products carrying names or trademarks shown in our catalogue do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the owner of the trademarks, but are meant to be representative of the effect that can be achieved by the creative personalising of merchandise. Printed proofs are available as chargeable pre-production samples. For costs and lead times please contact Customer Service. Standard colours for screen and pad printing are: black, white, silver, gold, yellow, orange, red, light green, medium green, light blue, medium blue and dark blue. If a specific pantone colour is required, a nominal charge may be applied. Please contact Customer Service for details. Please note that pantone colours cannot be exactly matched on nylon products and that the shade of the print colour may differ slightly if printed on to different surfaces. Print screens, blocking dies, embroidery tapes and engraving origination costs vary with each product and personalisation method and are charged as extra. Please contact Customer Service for a quotation. In order to produce good quality personalisation on any product, it is necessary to begin with good artwork. We can accept artwork in the majority of formats, including EPS, PDF, Corel, Quark and Illustrator. Where possible, artwork should be supplied as vector EPS or Corel Draw files compatible with PC/MAC. Text files – please supply vectorised files with fonts converted to outlines. 4 Colour Process – please supply 300 dpi bit map image files (CMYK). If you need help with producing artwork, please contact Customer Service. A discount is available on items taken without print. Discounts vary according to the quantity and the item. Please contact Customer Service for a quotation. All printed orders are subject to production of 5% overs or unders. These will be charged for accordingly. Exact quantities may be available for a nominal charge, according to product and quantity. Please contact Customer Service for further information. Carriage is not included in the cost of your order. Please contact Customer Service for a quotation. Existing Customers - Your normal account payment Terms and Conditions will apply. However, orders will only be processed on receipt of written confirmation. New Customers - New Customers will be required to set up an account. Please contact Customer Service to request an account. New Customers will be allowed a credit limit of £250.00 and orders above this amount will be subject to a credit check. Credit Card Payments - Credit Card payments are accepted. However orders will only be processed on verification of the Credit Card and written confirmation of the order.
